Technics and Supreme join forces to release a limited edition SL1200MK7 turntable. This sleek collaboration was unveiled on August 14th as a teaser for Supreme’s highly anticipated Fall/Winter 2023 collection. The turntable boasts impressive features such as a coreless direct drive motor, vibration damping platter, and 78RPM speed with wider pitch adjustment.
Available in extremely limited quantities starting from August 17th, this exclusive edition showcases a metallic Supreme badge on the unit’s body, along with Supreme logos on the slipmat and dust cover.
But that’s not all. The upcoming FW/23 collection will also include a range of music-themed products, including Supreme x Koss PortaPro headphones, Supreme x Maxwell cassette tapes, and Bluetooth speakers in collaboration with Harman Kardon.
In addition to this exciting collaboration, Technics recently revamped their popular SL-1500C model with a stylish matte white finish. According to Technics product manager, Frank Balzuweit, the clean white tone highlights the turntable’s pure and minimalist design, focusing on only the essential operational elements.
