Epic Tones orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. For those last minute purchases, Express delivery is available to most destinations. Epic Tones processes the order within 24 hours after the order was placed, once confirmed, we will ship it according to the timescale. The order cannot be changed once it has been confirmed and processed.

Epic Tones will select a third-party shipping company with consent of the buyer, including but not limited to: 1. DHL, 2.UPS, 3.DPD, 4.FAN Courier Express
Epic Tones will choose the most suitable shipping company to provide the service according to the shipping address. You may advise us on the most appropriate shipping company for our reference, however we may not follow this advice.
Once the products of your order leave our warehouse, the actual delivery may be affected by events which are beyond Epic Tones’s control. Thus, Epic Tones does not assume any responsibility for any delay in delivery due to unexpected logistics related events.
If any logistics delay occurs, you may send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will do our best to contact the logistics company to help resolve the issue.
DHL EXPRESS: Most of Europe and USA: delivery within 2-4 days Rest of the world: delivery within 3-7 days
UPS STANDARD: Available in Europe and the USA, delivery within 5-7 days.
Depending on your location and chosen shipping method, delivery takes 2-14 business days after it’s dispatched. We will keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Epic Tones cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.
Duties & Taxes
We include the cost of taxes and duties in orders which are located in European Union. For any other countries, the price you pay to Epic Tones will exclude all relevant import duties. As the recipient of the order, you must instead pay these duties and taxes directly to our carrier to release your order from customs. As we are unable to advise the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing a DAP order.
SHIPPING TO USA
For international orders shipped to customers in the US, please be aware that US Customs may ask for your IRS, EIN or SSN number before enabling delivery to your address. You will normally have one week to provide this information before your order is returned for a refund.
How to return
As part of our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint, our return instructions are paper free. This benefits our customers, our people and our planet.
Your returned item must arrive at Epic Tones no later than 14 days after your delivery date. We recommend that you book your return pick-up within 7 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives at us within 14 days.
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
If an item has a Epic Tones security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
We will not be able to accept returns for Premium Subscriptions.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
If you are eligible, we may be able to issue your refund as Epic Tones credit if you prefer; the amount will effortlessly apply at checkout the next time you shop with us.
It is our aim that every item arrives in great condition and we hope you’re always thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on site, please advise Customer Service (email@example.com) as soon as possible. We will arrange a return and process a full refund for the defective item.
