Shipping Information

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. 

Epic Tones orders are shipped from the European Union. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. Epic Tones usually processes the order within 2 business days after the order was placed. However, in case of unpredictable technical problems, we will inform you about the delivery delay by e-mail. The order cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been confirmed and processed. If the recipient refuses to receive your order, your parcel will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.

All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.

Epic Tones will select a third-party shipping company, including but not limited to: 1. DHL,  2. Sameday.

Epic Tones will choose the most suitable shipping company to provide the service according to the shipping address. You may advise us on the most appropriate shipping company for our reference, however we may not follow this advice.

Once the products of your order leave our warehouse, the actual delivery may be affected by events which are beyond Epic Tones’s control. Thus, Epic Tones does not assume any responsibility for any delay in delivery due to unexpected logistics related events.

If any logistics delay occurs, you may send an email to orders@epictones.com, and we will do our best to contact the logistics company to help resolve the issue.

 

Shipping Times

DHL EXPRESS: Most of Europe: delivery within 2-4 days. Rest of the world: delivery within 2-14 days.

SAMEDAY: Available only in Romania, delivery within 1-2 days.

Depending on your location and chosen shipping method, delivery takes 2-14 business days after it’s dispatched. We will keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Epic Tones cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.

 

Duties & Taxes

We include the cost of taxes and duties in orders which are located in the European Union. For any other countries, the price you pay to Epic Tones will exclude all relevant import duties. As the recipient of the order, you must instead pay these duties and taxes directly to our carrier to release your order from customs. As we are unable to advise the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing an order.

 

Shipping to USA

For international orders shipped to customers in the US, please be aware that US Customs may ask for your IRS, EIN or SSN number before enabling delivery to your address. You will normally have one week to provide this information before your order is returned for a refund.

 

How to return

As part of our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint, our return instructions are paper free. This benefits our customers, our people and our planet.

Your returned item must arrive at Epic Tones no later than 14 days after your delivery date. We recommend that you book your return pick-up within 7 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives at us within 14 days.

 

Returns Policy

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included

  • If an item has an Epic Tones security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position

  • SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

If you need to return an item, simply e-mail us at orders@epictones.com and let us know about the return. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Refunds 

Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

 

Faulty items

It is our aim that every item arrives in great condition and we hope you’re always thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on site, please advise Customer Service (orders@epictones.com) as soon as possible. We will arrange a return and process a full refund for the defective item.

 

Change of Address

Occasionally, customers enter an incorrect address at checkout. If you have made an error, please be sure to contact us ASAP at orders@epictones.com . We cannot guarantee that the change can be made, but we will make our best effort. Unfortunately, we cannot change the address after your order has shipped.

 

Return to Sender / Refused Parcels

Return to sender packages are those that are returned back to us as undeliverable. All return to send charges will be passed on to the customer unless  there is an error in the shipping address causing the package to be returned. There may be a charge to resend it to to the correct address. Please review your shipping address carefully before you submit your order. If you see a problem and need us to fix the address, please contact as soon as possible at orders@epictones.com
