Mochakk’s new venue, named OBLIQO, is located in the Parque Campolim district and is set to become a hub for electronic music enthusiasts. Mochakk aims to make OBLIQO a space that not only entertains but also educates and inspires the local and global electronic music community.

The official launch of OBLIQO took place on September 6th, in conjunction with the release of Mochakk’s latest EP, Locomotiva Ibiza 2099 Part II, under the renowned Circoloco Records label. The event has set the stage for a vibrant nightlife experience in Sorocaba.
Also, OBLIQO has been equipped with state-of-the-art sound technology, featuring a custom-designed sound system from 4VIAS Professional Audio, a respected Brazilian company. This advanced setup is enhanced by top-tier equipment provided by B&C Speakers, ensuring an unparalleled audio experience for all attendees.

In addition to its function as a nightclub, OBLIQO offers a unique gallery space. This immersive area allows visitors to explore the rich history and evolution of electronic music in Brazil and globally. Through rotating exhibits, guests can engage with posters, album artwork, and stories shared by DJs, music journalists, and other influential figures from the industry.
The new venue will also host educational workshops outside of its regular club nights. These workshops are designed to bridge the gap between artists and the public, offering an opportunity to learn more about various aspects of the electronic music scene. Led by industry veterans, the workshops aim to foster deeper connections and knowledge-sharing within the community.
The celebration at OBLIQO will continue into the following weekend, with a major event scheduled for Friday, September 13th. The night will feature a headline performance by VHOOR, an acclaimed electronic music artist from Belo Horizonte. Tickets for this event are currently available online.
