Swedish House Mafia‘s Triumphant Return to Tomorrowland: First Set Since 2012
Swedish House Mafia, the iconic trio consisting of Axwell, Steve Angello, and Sebastian Ingrosso, made a sensational comeback to Tomorrowland’s Mainstage, performing together for the first time since 2012. The electrifying set featured a mix of their classic hits and fresh tracks, igniting the festival atmosphere in Boom, Belgium.
The highlight of their performance was undoubtedly the spectacular display of fireworks as they played their 2012 anthem ‘Don’t You Worry Child’. The crowd went wild when they also introduced their brand-new single, ‘Lioness’, featuring Niki & The Dove. This track is set to appear on their highly anticipated second album and was first teased by Ingrosso during Coachella in April.

Despite individual performances over the past 12 years, this was the first time the trio reunited as Swedish House Mafia at Tomorrowland, marking a significant moment in the festival’s history. Their last collective performance in 2012 was pivotal, contributing to what Tomorrowland calls its “breakthrough year”.
Swedish House Mafia’s return isn’t just limited to Tomorrowland. They are set to kick off a six-week residency at Ushuaïa Ibiza, promising fans even more electrifying experiences.
